We are a Premier Home Service provider specializing in complete home rehabs in North Georgia. We are looking for experienced, honest, and reliable Technicians to join our team. The positions are 1099 and compensation is based on experience.
Applicants must be honest, reliable, and punctual. Only experienced workers will be considered.
Requirements:
Has 2+ years of experience
Owns a standard set of tools to perform repairs
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites and material runs
Has a valid driver's license
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Demolition and site clean-up
Must be able to complete installs such as light fixtures, small plumbing fixtures, door stops, blinds, etc.
Must be able to complete basic drywall repairs and minor carpentry
Must email in a daily report with pictures before leaving each job site every day, including details of work done
Daily communication with the office regarding jobs
Must be able to make material runs, as needed, to local Home Depots/Lowes via phone sales to the office
