We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team and help maintain our customers' trucks. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of diesel engines, as well as experience in diagnosing and repairing issues with brakes, transmissions, electrical systems, and other components. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide preventative maintenance services and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair diesel engines.
Perform preventative maintenance on diesel engines.
Inspect and test diesel engines for proper performance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on diesel engines.
Perform repairs on fuel systems, air systems, and cooling systems.
Repair and replace parts on diesel engines.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.
Follow safety procedures when working with hazardous materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Monday - Friday
