Cooking Equipment and HVAC/R Repair Techs with several years of exemplary service for restaurants are needed immediately. Top Tech is committed to finding a mutual, excellent fit for both the potential employees and the company. Minimum Requirements:
MUST HAVE Minimum 3 years as a COOKING EQUIPMENT REPAIR TECH FOR RESTAURANTS (both hot and cold sides) for restaurants. (If you do not have this experience, you will not be considered.)
Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
Universal EPA Certification
NATE Certification, Preferred
EPA 608 Certification, Preferred
Must be coordinated and nimble (able to climb ladders up to 30 ft. heights)
Must be strong (able to lift up to 70lbs)
Likeable and good with people
Professional appearance
Punctual and dependable
A high school diploma, with vocational training preferred or grandfathered in
Valid drivers license
Embraces being on-the-move and multi-tasking at times (very busy company)
Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Being available via phone and email to assist and answer question for technicians in the field
Assisting the lead tech with special projects associated with the operation as the company grows
Maintaining organization and standardization on the company server/cloud in regards to operations
Managing company vehicles, standardization, cleanliness and organization
Managing company vehicle inventory and inventory control
Continually collaborate with office staff and dispatch to develop efficient process and procedures that improve the operation
Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company vehicle
Maintain low recall rate and execute jobs in a reasonable time
Communicate with Office Manager for follow up on ETAs of parts and coordinating visits
Work in companys CRM to report updates, invoices, and quotes
Be prompt and work efficiently to repair customers equipment
Install/Repair Commercial HVAC/R, and Cooking Equipment
Assisting operations manager with training and rolling out new process and procedures to the field techs
Assisting field techs with ordering parts for jobs and managing lead time on parts procurement
Compensation and Benefits
Top hourly pay!
Paid weekly
Annual raised based on performance
Paid dispatch time traveled to jobs
Extended hour calls (on-call) every three to four weeks
On-Call Bonus Program. $75.00 per week. $50.00 per call take, plus hourly rate
Minimum 40 hours a week (avg. 45-55 per week¦overtime)
Company truck provided and gas card
Paid holidays and PTO (flexible when time is needed off)
