Jackson Trucking is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position involves both warehouse and clerical duties — ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work and computer-based tasks.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload freight.
Load/Unload trailers - Move and organize pallets within the warehouse.
Perform data entry and documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Verify shipment details, record inventory, and maintain accurate logs.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff.
Qualifications:
1+ year of forklift experience (sit-down preferred).
Basic computer and data entry skills required.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
