Serve as a key member of the management team, providing financial leadership and guidance to optimize plant performance.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze manufacturing processes and product costing to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
Provide leadership and direction to finance and accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive individual and collective growth.
Engage in challenging discussions with senior leadership to present plant findings and influence strategic decision-making.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
