We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for hourly manufacturing positions. This role will help manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, job postings, and onboarding coordination to ensure a fast and efficient hiring process.Responsibilities:Post and update hourly job openings across job boards, staffing channels, and internal systems.Screen applicants for basic qualifications, availability, work authorization, shift flexibility, and attendance history.Schedule interviews, hiring events, plant tours, and onboarding sessions.Communicate promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and plant leadership.Track candidate progress and maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS.Support offer letters, pre-employment steps, and new-hire onboarding paperwork.Coordinate with community partners, and local workforce programs as needed.Assist with reporting on hiring volume, time-to-fill, and candidate funnel metrics.Ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
