Our client, a leading Health Care company is looking for a Procurement Consultant IV. This is for an initial duration of 6 months in Roswell GA
Role will be hybrid and will require onsite 2-3 days/week.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
Typically, a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or closely related field with multiple function / business exposure.
Business acumen, excellent communication skills (both written and oral) able to communicate up and across the organization, cross functional collaboration & influencing, project management, analytical, problem solving, functional and technical awareness, manage vision and purpose.
Identify and maintain a continued professional development plan focused on personal development aspirations and company goals.
The role supports North American businesses and will be based in either Neenah, WI, Roswell, GA, or Chicago, IL.
The candidate should be prepared to travel to engage with stakeholders and suppliers as required to fulfill the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Procurement strategic category management experience in contingent worker and/or other professional services.
Knowledge of negotiating and executing challenging contracts.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large sets of data and provide data-driven recommendations.

This role has category management responsibilities for purchases in Contingent Labor services for North America
You will work with a broad base of customers that could include: Global Procurement team, business management, finance, A/P, ITS, Mill Management, and/or other personnel involved in the implementation of business strategies where sourcing plays a role. The position will report directly to the Procurement Leader for Professional Services and Marketing Client.
The Procurement Consultant – Professional Services will:
Develop and oversee the regional category strategies and key supplier relationships for all Contingent Labor spend for Client
Build category expertise and provide guidance to regional teams in the context of stakeholder needs, data quality and service benchmarking and analysis, and effective supplier performance and relationship management.
Ensure that company is maximizing value for money with suppliers while delivering high levels of data quality, service, and security for sensitive internal and external data.
Lead Supplier relationship management, building and facilitating partnerships with strategic suppliers and key executives within company.
Establish exceptional connections with stakeholders, providing leadership and market expertise and engaging them in procurement processes and decisions, with the ability to influence.
Responsibilities:
Provide subject expertise and insight into the regional category requirements
Build a broad understanding of your category with detailed knowledge of purchase spend, purchase portfolio, and supplier performance.
Create and maintain category management knowledge and processes to ensure the category strategies are informed, relevant and up to date.
Monitor supplier performance indicators and initiate supplier reviews as required or in accordance with agreed programs to drive improvement and reduce risk across the regional enterprise.
Identify, build, and influence an effective cross functional stakeholder network.
Understand regional business and functional requirements
Support and align with Global Category management to proactively influence internal stakeholders.
Gain necessary input and cross functional expertise whilst influencing acceptance, agreement, and support from key stakeholders to ensure ultimate compliance and support.
Manage regional supplier contracts, develop relationship management strategies driving collaboration, Supplier Relationship Management and / or other engagement programs.
Build trust and credibility with suppliers by demonstrating integrity, commitment, and results orientation to drive and deliver results.
Maintain an effective business relationship with all suppliers and stakeholders based on clear, concise group and personal communication.
Drive improvement programs and transformations to support category management strategy
Create, maintain, and drive regional value (or savings) programs.
Identify hurdles and barriers to change, resolve where possible or escalate as appropriate.
Adopt the category management process and build procurement capability in the Contingent Labor category and other relevant categories.
Monitor and manage actions to complete delivery of project milestones in line with agreed delivery expectations, reporting progress and / or escalating as appropriate.
