This is a remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Customer Service Representative should be able to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude and building rapport with customers.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems with ease
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required,
Experience working with diverse customers and ability to handle difficult customers is a plus
