Expectations
We are looking for highly motivated advanced team coaches and staff trainers to join Richmond Hill Soccer Club. A successful candidate should have a strong soccer background in both playing and coaching. He or She should have excellent communication skills in order to be able to communicate with players, coaches and club staff. He or She should be able to adopt the Richmond Hill Training Curriculum and effectively teach the players the content within it while sharing their passion for the game and motivating young players to improve their skills and abilities. He or She should also be able to continuously participate in club coaching education events and or meetings as well as pursue additional coaching education. Lastly strive to provide an environment for players which allow the club to achieve its mission.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Conducting age appropriate sessions that meet the standards specified within the Richmond Hill Soccer Club Curriculum
Communicating effectively through themselves or a team manager to be able to effectively organizer and guide the team through a successful season.
Communicate effectively and appropriately to other club staff
Provide 2 written evaluations per season to each player as well as to the Director of Coaching
Attend all coaching education opportunities and or meetings provided by Richmond Hill Soccer Club
Attend one outside coaching education opportunity per calendar year that is soccer specific.
Support RHSC and all its programming and events, and courses of action.
Minimum Qualifications desired:
USSF D License and or Equivalent
At least two years' experience coaching or some form of leadership of youth driven programming.
Richmond Hill will evaluate less qualified applicants on a case by case basis.
