Description We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in the logistics industry based in Savannah, Georgia. The role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail who will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities Efficiently process customer credit applications Keep accurate records of customer credit Oversee and monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various tasks Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services for financial operations Operate Computerized Billing system for precise billing processes Use EHR SYSTEM for health-related record keeping Employ Epic Software for healthcare management functions Respond to inbound calls and address customer queries.
