The Wyld Dock Bar is hiring for an assistant general manager to help our expanding business.
Duties for the AGM role are: running the day to day operations the restaurant such as opening/closing of business day/ Being on the floor to manage the floor (staff/customers) making sure that the flow of the restaurant is smooth. The agm will be trained on most positions in house. Schedule staff members for the upcoming week. Maintaining the property (plumbing issue or electrical issue) should be pointed out to upper management in order to repair.
applicant must be familiar with point of sales systems
applicant must be familiar with excel spread sheet
Experience with management is a plus but not a must.
Experience with kitchen/floor service/ bartending are all pluses.
This is a salaried position in which pay will be negotiated upon your experience within the role.
