Pays $150.00 Each Cleaning. 4 to 6 hours depending on what needs to be done that cleaning. Turn Around Cleanings are 4 hours, Regular Cleanings 5 to 6 hours required. Periodically extra work is available if wanted for extra pay. Help provided when needed.
Most rentals are days apart. Sometimes move in and out within four hours. One person is able to do a turnover with preparation. Help provided when needed.
All supplies provided. No Laundry. Laundry sent out. Clean a vacation rental. Move in move out type cleaning. Some cleaning will be done every time others on a schedule.
Two small kitchens including stoves, refrigerators, drawers and cabinets, dishes, under sinks, grill, three bathrooms one with a shower includes scrubbing inside and outside of toilets, bleaching if needed, front and back small porches sweep, four bedrooms including closets, we have a machine that sweeps and mops at the same time for hardwood floors including under beds and all the corners, dust all furniture, ceiling fans, cobwebs.
We have a service that picks up the Linens and brings them back every cleaning .
Change linens 4 queen beds, one pull out, towels, ect ( we have three sets of linens), stock when delivered.
Spray for bugs, change light bulbs and filters when needed.
Put knick knacks back if needed. Help available when needed.
This is about housekeeping as well as cleaning. Must be kept immaculate. Exceptional work required.
