Husk Savannah is in search of an experienced Sous Chef.
Located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, Husk Savannah highlights the history of Southern food. Exploring the ingredients and heirloom products indigenous to coastal Georgia – redefining what it means to eat and cook in the Hostess City of the South.
This position is for someone who prides themselves on operating with integrity and professionalism. We are seeking someone who is team oriented at all times and finds themselves leading by example. Someone who enjoys working with locally sourced ingredients and is confident they can offer an exceptional guest experience.
The Sous Chef is:
Experienced, preferably 3+ years cooking experience in an upscale, full-service, high-volume restaurant
Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff
Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
