We are currently seeking experienced CNAs /Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to work with our clients. CNAs are prn our office covered Coastal Georgia which includes: Chatham, Bryan, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Wayne and surrounding areas.
CNAs/ PCAs assist residents with needs to ensure independent living can be maintained for as long as appropriate and possible.
Provides quality services for residents residing in both assisted living and community-dwelling older adults. Task will include : companionship, preparing a meal, dressing, bathing, running errands, light housekeeping, scheduling appointments, , accompany to appointments and recreational outings, organizing, and grocery & personal shopping.
Develops and maintains a positive professional relationship with residents and their family members.
Keeps Coastal Georgia Regional Administrator aware of resident matters including change in resident status.
Must have reliable transportation
Be willing to have background check and drug screening .
Attends mandatory meetings, in-service training, and education sessions as required.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Maintains a supportive working relationship with peersworking together to ensure resident needs are met.
Qualifications:
High School graduate.
Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
Ability to document care given.
Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely
