Turn-Key Residential Cleaning for Military Family Housing:
- MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN THE WORK YOU APPLY FOR: CLEANING - FULL MOVE-OUT CLEANING

THIS IS NOT A TRAINED POSITION: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START & FINISH WORK INDEPENDENTLY
-> 10-99 Subcontractor
- Must be able to access Ft. Stewart and / or Hunter AAF military base(s).
- CLEANERS - Must provide your own cleaning products.
Exception: Stripping solution is provided for homes with flooring that require strip (as needed basis).
-> Must have reliable transportation.
Work volume is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion as steady workflow permits.
- WORK WEEK RUNS:
MON - FRI
(Some weekends may be necessary depending on your individual pending due dates / inspection deadlines)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Full Scope of Work & Check List provided in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspections based on the Scope of Work dictated by standards set forth by Department of Defense / Army inspectors (D.O.D).
PAYMENT TERMS:
- PAY is based on "Per job basis".

3BR / $225
4BR / $250
5BR / $300
STRIP FLOORS - $75
Pricing covers everything listed in the Scope of Work provided in the Service Agreement.
