Job Description
Manage company fleet of 35-40 power units and drivers
Take calls with customers and coordinate daily job schedules for company trucks and owner operators
Coordinate with office and maintenance staff for daily operations, (e.g., available drivers, safety meetings, billing issues, truck repairs)
Communicate with customers, plant managers, job foreman for pickup/delivery of materials
Prepare daily dispatch sheets and tickets
Proactively manage and maintain safety regulations and policies for fleet and drivers
In-person supervising of various job sites
Navigate and utilizes DOT websites to monitor Safer Score and provide monthly reports to management.
