Responsible for performing physical labor tasks in landscaping, lawn care, and hardscaping projects. Operate various hand and power tools, clean job sites, trim natural environments, dig trenches, handle materials, and assist other team members and Foremen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Perform strenuous manual labor in outdoor projects.
-Reliable transportation.
-Maintain clean job sites to eliminate hazards.
-Load/unload trucks, handle materials, and perform opening/closing duties.
-Conduct light equipment maintenance.
-Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.
-Read safety manuals and comply with regulations.
-Report safety incidents promptly.
-Attend industry conferences if required.
-Mandatory attendance at company outings.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Valid state driver’s license or ID.
-Knowledge of equipment use in construction work.
-First aid knowledge and safety precautions.
-Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
-Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous labor.
-Communication skills (oral and written).
-Proper use of tools and equipment.
-Ability to understand and follow instructions consistently.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
-Requires physical stamina, lifting, standing for long periods, and working under adverse conditions.
-Vision abilities for close/distance vision, peripheral vision, etc.
-Ability to lift heavy objects, use lower back muscles effectively, and maintain excellent stamina.
