We are seeking a crew of 3 professionals—1 experienced Lead Framer and 2 Helpers—for an immediate opening on a busy subdivision project in Savannah, GA. This project will last a minimum of 6 months, with the potential to extend beyond a year.
Position Details:
Position: Lead Framer + 2 Helpers
Location: Savannah, GA
Start Date: January 20th
Pay: $22–$30+ per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week
Employment Type: 1099 Subcontractor (steady income, bi-weekly payments)
Scope of Work:
Rebuilding a Privacy Wall
Demo of existing wall (18x8).
Ice and water shield installation.
Installation and repair of existing wood framing and internal framing (as needed).
Finish with Hardy Board or similar exterior material.
Must be able to handle all framing and exterior finish tasks, including structural and finish carpentry.
Turn-key labor teams are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in exterior framing and carpentry (Lead Framer should have proven leadership experience).
Tools: Must own and bring personal tools to the job site.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Language: Fluent in English.
Technology: Comfortable using apps for job management.
Background Check: Must pass a background check.
Agreement: Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement.
