Turn-Key Residential General Maintenance for Military Family Housing: (HINESVILLE AREA ONLY - not Savannah)

THIS IS NOT A TRAINED POSITION: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START & FINISH WORK INDEPENDENTLY
-> 10-99 Subcontractor
- Must be able to access Ft. Stewart and / or Hunter AAF military base(s).
-MAINTENANCE TECH - Must have your own tools.
Maintenance supplies for each unit are provided unless otherwise discussed / agreed upon prior to completing jobs such as "Out-of-Scope work" / Change Orders.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Work volume is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion as steady workflow permits.
- WORK WEEK RUNS:
MON - FRI
HOURS: Inspections typically run 8am - 5pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- General Maintenance performed on military residential housing after move-out to prepare home for new residents.
- Full Scope of Work provided in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- PAY is based on "Per job basis".

2BR / $200
3BR / $225
4BR / $250
5BR / $300
Pricing covers everything listed in the Scope of Work provided in the Service Agreement.
