We are looking for a Technician with experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, looking toworkin a team-oriented environment, and willing to go the extra mile for our residents.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently looking for aFacilities and Custodial Technicianfor a community in the (Savannah, GA). This position is a Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.
Pay Range: $15 - $17 / Hour

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High School Diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred
1+ years of custodial / maintenance experience preferred
1+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and innovative thinking
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work on-call duty
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively
You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
