What You'll Be Doing:
️ Lock change, winterization, grass cut, and debris removal
️ Taking clear before-during-after photos of every task
️ Providing repair estimates when needed
️ Noticing and reporting any additional work opportunities
️ Following work order instructions and meeting deadlines
