Job Title: Picker/Packer – Exact Staff

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Exact Staff is hiring for a leading global logistics company seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join the warehouse team as Picker/Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare packages for shipment according to company guidelines
Perform quality checks to ensure correct items and packaging
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Dependable and punctual
