Pooler Day Spa is seeking a part-time receptionist, to work 3-4 days a week. We are looking for someone with a professional demeanor, can do attitude and is a team player. Must be organized, have the ability to multi-task and have strong verbal skills. Late afternoons and weekends are required for this position, so please only respond if this will work with your schedule. Customer service is our #1 focus-- therefore candidate must enjoy working with the public and be able to handle with diplomacy.
We are looking for a Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for customers who visit our spa or contact us to learn about our services.
Spa Receptionist responsibilities include greeting customers upon their arrival, answering clientsâ questions about services via phone, email or in person and processing transactions. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.
Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers. Responsibilities are subject to change with experience.
Duties include but not limited to-
-booking appointments
-answering multiple phone-lines
-confirming appointments
-greeting clients and ensuring comfort
-restocking retail
-helping with the sales of retail items
-keeping the spa organized and neat
