Warehouse Office Clerk

Job Type: Full-Time, Entry Level

Compensation: $22 - $26, Depending on Experience

Job Summary:

The Entry Level Warehouse Operations Associate are associate collaborates closely with the warehouse team, supervisors, and other departments to meet customer demands and achieve operational goals. The role requires comfort in working in both office and warehouse environments. Additionally, this entry-level position offers potential growth opportunities, allowing for the potential to become a Team lead as fast as half a year if capable and also pass internal testing or even Manager in the future within the company.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

Generate shipping labels and invoices using relevant software

Track and update shipment status to ensure timely delivery

Daily KPI & Container data entry

Handle administrative related task. This includes all administrative issues related to ordering office supplies, contacting vendors and landlords, etc.

Assist in inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution

Assist with scanning daily outbound orders by using a scan gun

Assist with labeling orders

Qualifications:

Minimum; Associate’s Degree (2-year degree +)

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required

Computer literate; Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Able to learn and be Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment

Good communication and teamwork skills
