We are looking for a Park Manager to live in and managed a mobile home park near Hinesville, GA
Ideally an individual or husband and wife team that can manage, maintain, monitor, repair, show properties and make sure all tenants are following the Park Rules at the mobile home park. This would be considered a part time position and would supply supplemental income to discount or offset your monthly rent.
Customer Service and Property management experience and handyman/construction experience a plus.
