We are seeking experienced Outbound Medical Appointment Setters to join our team! In this role, you’ll be making outbound calls to patients to schedule medical exams. If you're motivated, goal-oriented, and confident on the phone, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to schedule patient appointments
Follow a provided script and maintain a professional, empathetic tone
Accurately document call outcomes and scheduling notes
Work towards daily and weekly performance goals
Requirements:
Previous outbound calling or call center experience (required)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and USB headset
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
