Seeking a part time or full time Maintenance person. Must be a self-starter, experience in construction/plumbing/electrical work/painting a plus! Must also have reliable transportation as the position sometimes requires runs to home depot or to get propane. This is a physically demanding job with outdoor work 90% of the time.

Daily Duties:
o Sweep or blow off concrete and container floors
o Make sure astro-turf is clean of debris
o Check bathrooms (janitorial staff hired separately)-Mop or spot clean if needed
o Fill bathroom sink soap dispensers daily
o Squeegee any standing water/puddles
o Clean debris and trash outside of the yard
o Emptied smoker's poles
o Complete small tasks as assigned by management (change lightbulbs, small repairs, touch up paint)
o Weed Eat around fences and perimeter
o Contact and direct specialists if need be i.e. if we call plumbers or electricians
Weekly Duties:
o Check in orders as needed
o Organize storage containers
o Pressure Wash concrete and any other dirty surfaces
o Polish stainless-steel surfaces
o Make sure dumpster area is clean- no trash on ground, and no trash in glass containers and please check firewood cans- there should only be wood in them
o Refill propane tanks (colder months)
o Make sure landscaping stays neat and reweave jasmine into fencing
o If needed, mop downstairs pavilion and entry way
o Dust fan blades
o Smaller painting projects
Monthly Duties:
o Larger painting projects
o Clean debris built up in container crevices
o Oil wood benches and surfaces
o Clean Whitaker Street parking lot and weed eat if necessary
Raining Projects:
o Bathroom detail
o Power Washing
o Organization of storage areas (Janitorial closet, maintenance container, toolboxes)
