We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Person to help care for our rental properties. The ideal candidate can handle a variety of repair and upkeep tasks and takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained.
This role also requires someone who can present units professionally to prospective tenants.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic handyman repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Paint and touch-up units as needed
Handle property clean-outs and general cleaning tasks
Show apartments to prospective tenants
Communicate professionally with tenants and enforce property rules when necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related field required
Must have own tools and knowledge of repairs
Basic computer skills for tracking work orders and communication
Organized, calm, and able to handle tenant interactions firmly when needed
Sales or leasing experience is a big plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic, punctual, and organized
Details:
Part-time to start, then full time.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience (bonus available)
