We train you on how to be a home inspector. Georgia doesn't require a license however being certified can go a long way. Also being close to the South Carolina, you can also pick up business in South Carolina as well as show realtors that you are well trained. Alot of realtors in Savannah do business in the Hilton Head area, they need a solid inspector that will do both sides of the state line. We offer that training.
THIS IS A COURSE FOR BECOMING A LICENSED SOUTH CAROLINA HOME INSPECTOR AND STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS. WALTER HAS OVER 22 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TRAINING INSPECTORS TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT PASSING THE SC STATE EXAM AND STARTING A BUSINESS TO BE SUCCESSFUL!

YOU HAVE TO BE TRAINED FIRST! Either by working for a licensed contractor / home inspector (1 year apprenticeship training) OR go through a SC State approved course in home inspection! WHICH WE ARE
WE PROVIDE THAT TRAINING YOU NEED! If you go through our training, you don't need to work for another home inspector for 1 year. SC state licensed Home inspectors can inspect homes for real estate sales, construction opinion, new construction, foundation inspections, manufacture homes, bank loans, re-financing inspection, repair projects, 401K programs, HUD inspection and much more anywhere in the state!
Our upcoming training class are July 29, 30, 31st, 2022. Held in Bluffton / Okatie, SC (Hilton Head) at the Hampton Inn (29 William Pope Dr, Bluffton, SC) Class time is from 9-4:30 (Fri / Sat) 8-12:00 (Sun)
Next course will be September 23, 24 & 25, 2022. Held in Columbia, SC (Harbison area) at the Aloft (Harbison location: 217 Lanneau Ct, Columbia, SC). Class time is from 9:00-4:30 (Fri & Sat) and 8:00-12:30 (Sun)
Class will be held for the Hilton Head course at the Hampton Inn & Suites Bluffton-Sun City (Also known as Okatie SC) SO COME DOWN AND STAY AT THE BEACH AND ENJOY THE WEEKEND.
