Duties:
Assists in repairing accident related damage to vehicles while adhering to factory specifications and industry standards to restore them to pre-collision condition
Assists in repairing of all series of motor truck and trailer equipment including, but not limited to the following: Cab/ Sheet Metal Repair, Fiberglass Repair, Composite Bonding/ Repair, Welding/ Fabricating, Box Repair/ Replacement, Surface Preparation, and Paint/ Mixing/ Tinting/ Blending.
Helps to prepare vehicles for body repair work, including thorough disassembly of vehicles to assess all damages upfront, researching proper OEM repair procedures, assist in creating the repair plan, and meticulous assembly and attention to detail of the finished product
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Requirements:
18+ years or older
Integrity of workmanship
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to learn through continuous improvement
Some experience in auto body repair, painting, or estimating is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Strong communication skills
