Local Hazmat CDL driver needed. Auto and manual

I'm one of the few owner operators that doesn't charge for fuel or ELD charges. All of my moves pay a flat rate per move. The only expense the driver has is occupational accident insurance.
I’m also willing to pay a 55split after fuel to driver.
I have trucks on at different local companies and can put a driver on at one of the companies I currently work with. I’m also willing to try a new company if a driver knows of a good local company they would like to work with.
