As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, execute high-impact campaigns, and help accelerate Buy-Rite’s ecommerce and B2B growth.
Position Overview
The Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving online revenue, customer acquisition, and qualified lead generation. This position is ideal for a data-driven, performance focused marketer who thrives on experimentation and using technology to achieve measurable results. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and marketplaces (especially Amazon), while collaborating with agency partners to maximize ROI and drive sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Measurable Growth & Lead Generation
Develop and execute campaigns that increase ecommerce revenue and generate qualified B2B leads for salons, beauty schools, and enterprise clients.
Collaborate with paid search and digital agencies to improve ad performance, optimize spend, and scale winning strategies.
Leverage marketing technology and automation platforms to capture, nurture, and convert leads through data-driven funnels.
Build, test, and refine lead capture systems, forms, and retargeting campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Continuously run experiments and A/B tests to enhance channel efficiency and ROI.
2. Analytics & Technology-Driven Optimization
Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Seller Central to monitor performance, track KPIs, and uncover growth opportunities.
Create dashboards and reports that connect marketing activity to revenue and lead outcomes.
Analyze customer journeys and attribution paths to identify optimization opportunities.
Use marketing automation, CRM, and tracking technologies to improve campaign visibility and performance measurement.
3. Marketplace & Channel Growth (Amazon)
Support Buy-Rite Beauty’s Amazon growth by optimizing product listings, advertising, and promotions.
Partner with agencies to improve brand visibility, ad efficiency, and category performance
4. Collaboration & Execution
Work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies across paid search, paid social, email, and Amazon to ensure unified, data-backed growth strategies.
Manage timelines, budgets, and performance reporting to maintain accountability and momentum.
5. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing with proven success in driving growth and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta Ads), SEO, and email marketing.
Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics GA4, conversion tracking, A/B testing).
Experience using marketing technology (CRM, automation tools, or data dashboards) to optimize performance and report on measurable outcomes.
Experience managing or closely collaborating with agencies on paid media campaigns.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
A self-starter with a passion for ecommerce, data, and measurable growth.
