Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and initiatives for sales, retarging, prospecting, lead generation, community management and more
  • Define and manage social media marketing budget, and aggressively scale the social media channels while maintaining strong ROI
  • Manage and be accountable for social media metrics including sales, profitability, engagement and brand awareness
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Work with other marketing function to develop and maintain a three month social media marketing plan and write creative briefs for the content and creative teams
  • Research target customers and markets to adapt messaging and content accordingly
  • Oversee day-to-day management of globally distributed social media team, agencies , and campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Leverage both paid and organic social media to drive business, marketing and brand goals
  • Provide inspirational and creative leadership on ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences
  • Develop annual and monthly projections, and provide reports of social media metrics
  • Drive brand and company awareness through various social media channels
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers and engagement through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 8+ years of social media management experience including budget, team and agency management
  • General knowledge of ecommerce and other digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO and Email
  • Proficient in setting up and using social network panels as well as multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite, HubSpot and Buffer
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency with Google Analytics, reporting software and spreadsheets
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees both locally and remotely and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
  • Outstanding written communication skills
