Our commissary kitchen is our home base—like the port for our ship—where all prep, storage,
and truck maintenance happens. Fast-paced, high-volume, and we value skill and reliability

Priority Consideration.
If you’ve got food-truck, kitchen, or mechanic experience—or any combination of
these—you jump to the front of the line.
What You’ll Do
Prep ingredients at our commissary and run the griddle on the truck
Plate tacos, burritos & sides, and keep your station (and the truck) clean and organized
Handle basic truck upkeep (oil checks, tire pressure, minor repairs) when needed
Carry heavy sht (boxes, supplies, ice, etc.)
Work hard for solid 6-hour shifts—be ready to sweat
