Pay: $17.50-18/hr

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have own reliable transportation (Not public transportation)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to complete repeated activities including bending, lifting, hauling, sorting, and stooping
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
Must be able to keep work area clean
Operate basic construction tools and machinery as directed
Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects
Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
Familiarity with basic construction tools and machinery is a plus
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Safety:
Steel Toe boots are required – Must Provide Your Own
FULL PPE: HARD HAT, VEST, GLOVES, STEEL BOOTS, GLASSES
Face Coverings (Masks) may be required on some job sites
Must provide documents establishing identity and eligibility to work in the United States
