Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Sugar Hill, GA area that is looking to add an ESG Specialist to their team. The ESG Specialist will play a critical role in developing and implementing their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program, which includes creating policies, safety manuals, and conducting audits. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective ESG program Formulate and enforce company’s ESG policies Create detailed safety manuals to ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards Implement mandatory training programs for employees on ESG principles and safety measures Conduct regular audits to evaluate the efficacy of the ESG program Maintain bilingual communication in both Spanish and English for diverse workforce understanding Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and standards Regularly update the ESG program to meet evolving environmental and sustainability requirements Record and report OSHA related incidents and maintain OSHA logs Collaborate with different teams to promote and integrate ESG principles across the organizationRequirements Possess a deep understanding of Environmental Safety and OSHA regulations Proficient in OSHA record keeping, reporting, and log maintenance Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and requirements Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and principles A proven track record in implementing and managing Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) programs Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Experience in developing and implementing environmental safety measures Ability to interpret and apply OSHA standards to real-world situations Proficiency in maintaining and updating OSHA logs as required Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey safety protocols and procedures.Bilingual Spanish/English written and verbal proficiency Ability to work independently and make decisions based on OSHA standards and regulations.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
