This position is for a HVAC/R Journeyman for 1st shift who will report to the Maintenance Team Leader. The position will troubleshoot, repair, monitor, maintain, modify and changeover HVAC/R units. Systems include: Make-Up Air Units, Exhaust Fans, R22 Air Conditioners, R22 & R410A Refrigeration Systems, Ammonia Refrigeration Systems and Compressed Air Systems. Candidate needs to have an EPA Universal license or be able to obtain one within the probationary period. The position will report to the Maintenance Team Leader. This is not a bid position and specific qualifications are required.
