High School diploma/GED required. Hotel/Restaurant degree preferred and/or minimum 2 year supervisory experience preferred, friendly and outgoing managers who has experience building a high-performing team. Need to be a great trainer and motivator with extensive food service experience and knowledge of food preparation and storage. Must be able to train, supervise and motivate the entire staff at all times according to our standards of service, quality, and cleanliness in a fast paced restaurant.
