Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Exhibition Service Staff for an upcoming event. The ideal candidates will assist with the setup and breakdown of exhibition booths, as well as participate in promotional activities, including being featured in videos for marketing purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation and dismantling of exhibition booths and displays.
Ensure all exhibition materials are properly set up according to guidelines.
Provide on-site support to exhibitors and attendees as needed.
Participate in promotional video shoots to showcase the event and its offerings.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with attendees and clients.
Qualifications:
Prioir experience in event setup or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to be featured in promotional videos.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
Additional Information:
Training will be provided prior to the event.
This is a temporary position for the duration of the exhibition, with potential opportunities for future events.
