Position Overview: This role is entirely remote and commission-based. Your income potential is based solely on your sales performance. We welcome ambitious, self-motivated candidates who are passionate about clean energy and want to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads interested in solar energy (leads provided)
Engage with clients, answer questions, and assess their needs for solar solutions
Educate clients on the benefits of solar power and assist them through the sales process
Manage client leads and opportunities through our CRM system (GoHighLevel)
Follow up with clients as needed to close sales
Requirements:
No interview needed, but you must complete an assessment with a passing score of 90% or higher to begin as an agent
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a commission-based role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
