Project Location: Valdosta, Tifton, and surrounding areas in South Georgia
Job Description
Install, program, and calibrate fiber internet equipment
Verify internet & phone systems for proper functionality
Troubleshoot fiber wiring, connections, and network signal levels
Provide top-tier customer service and ensure a positive installation experience
Complete detailed job notes for installations, service calls, and repairs
Educate customers on all installed services and equipment
Requirements
Own truck & fiber installation tools
Valid Driver’s License & Social Security Number
Pass nationwide background check & drug screening
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and endure various weather conditions
