We are a well-established contractor specializing in water and wastewater treatment plant construction. We are currently hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a long-term infrastructure project. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile job with guaranteed Davis-Bacon wages and consistent work for at least two years.
Responsibilities:
Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes, and other heavy equipment
Perform trenching, grading, and site preparation for underground utilities and structures
Work closely with pipe crews and foremen to ensure safe and efficient operations
Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
Follow safety protocols and site procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in civil or utility construction
Experience working on water/wastewater treatment plants preferred
Must be safety-conscious and able to work in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass drug screening and background check
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
