Crew Leader/Supervisor

Our crew leaders are responsible for communicating with clients, managing a crew of 2-3 employees, completing all documents and forms required by each client. Also responsible for inventory, cleanliness and maintenance schedule of vehicles. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task,
Requirements include:
Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be well-mannered and presentable.
Ability to successfully oversee the work schedule/ work of employees as assigned.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Must be 21 or older to meet insurance requirements
Familiar with the FMSCA compliance manual (Preferred but not required)
Must be able to drive a 26' box truck and pull/back a trailer.
No CDL required but must be able to acquire a DOT medical card.
Must be able to lift, pull, push 75 lbs. repetitively.
Must be able to stand for 10 hours.
