Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in AIEA, Hawaii. As a crucial part of our financial team, you will be responsible for various tasks related to managing and processing accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities: Execute all functions of accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and promptly. Take charge of the monthly accounts receivable closing and account reconciliation process. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer master information. Process new customer credit applications and consistently monitor ongoing customer credit status to manage risk. Prepare detailed monthly AR Aging Reports for review and tracking of payment status and delinquencies. Reconcile, monitor, and process all accounts receivable transactions diligently. Collaborate with internal and external personnel to resolve issues related to invoices and payments promptly.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential. Mastery of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites is required. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions is needed. Must have expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. Experience with Billing Functions is crucial. Familiarity with Cash Activity management is desirable. Proficient in Check Processing operations. Must have experience with Accounts Receivables Systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
