I am ready to hire you if you fit the description. I need an office administrator for an accounting position at an association management company in downtown Honolulu. It is essential to have some experience with condominiums/associations. Knowledge of the accounting program Quickbooks is necessary for the job. The hours are from 8:30 AM until 2 PM, part-time. Record keeping, speaking with owners about their maintenance fees, etc. You must know things like 1099s, debits and credits, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and everything Quickbooks (essential skill). Learning a new accounting system is necessary, but tutorials provide training. We need someone yesterday. Please email me your qualifications, pay requirements, and when you can start.
