Key Responsibilities
Entry-Level
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliations.
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
Support payroll and other administrative accounting tasks as needed.
Mid-Level
Prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Perform account reconciliations and assist in cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Senior-Level
Oversee and guide the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, including budgeting and forecasting.
Provide strategic insights to leadership and assist in decision-making.
Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications
Entry-Level
0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Mid-Level
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Senior-Level
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification required.
6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management experience.
Extensive knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
