Hours: Mon to Friday 8:30 to 4:30
Duties:
Record and reconcile cash receipts
Prepare bank deposits
Compile time cards and process payroll
Coordinate employee hiring and benefits
Assist with vendor payments and year end reporting
Prepare basic journal entries
Data entry
Special projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
10 key by touch
Computer Skills:
Windows 10
Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
Internet applications
Basic framework of accounting software relating to cash receipts
Experience with Ceridian payroll a plus
Wage commensurate with experience
