Job Title: Accounting Manager - Private Equity Real Estate Investment Firm (Maui)
Location: Maui, Hawaii

We specialize in strategic property acquisitions and innovative investment strategies. Currently, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and contribute to the success of our diverse real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for national real estate investment projects.
Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger functions.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax filings.
Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and statements for review by our directors.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related work experience, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred but not required.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper/accountant.
Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate accounting principles.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
