We’re a financial firm seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our accountants. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent multitasking skills. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and addressing client questions and concerns
Handle a high volume of paperwork and perform clerical duties such as note-taking, file
Maintenance and document organization
Assist with general office duties including scanning, copying documents, and data entry
Receive and respond to incoming emails and texts
Assist with scheduling appointments
Assist Accountants with other bookkeeping tasks
Use QuickBooks to post deposits and expenses
Required Qualifications:
Prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred
Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
Full-time position Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. During tax season only, Saturday OR Sunday is required. Part-time positions available.
