A well-established construction company in Honolulu is seeking a responsible and energetic team member with previous administrative or accounting experience. This is a part time position, between 15 to 19 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
Payroll
o Maintaining and submitting reports.
Accounting
o Reconciliation of bank and varies general ledger accounts.
o Assisting in financial statement preparation.
Other Support Activities as needed.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 10-key by touch.
Excellent Interpersonal skills and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to maintain confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records.
A valid driver license.
2 years of Accounting, Administrative, or Clerical experience is a plus but not required.
Previous exposure to construction industry (preferred).
Knowledge of Sage 100 is a plus but not required.
